An intense black olive biscuit with a pleasantly bitter flavour, well balanced with the subtle flavours of garlic and basil.
A perfect match with a blue cheese such as stilton or gorgonzola and Reedy’s Sweet Chilli Jam or Beetroot Chutney with Orange.
